Work with artists to guide their project from conversations to a finished release; that might mean consulting, executive producing, connecting the right people, co-writing/producing, or purely visual, art directing rollouts, branding, packaging. My approach is anything but formulaic, tailored to each project, supporting the artist, and supplementing when necessary.
